Description

Your child will train in the use of Punch, Kick, Knee and Elbow strikes on pads with a code of safety at all times.

We operate a grading junior grading syllabus from beginner to a Junior Black Belt.

Our class structure is all children are split into smaller groups by ages 4-5yrs 6-7yrs and 8-9yrs This is an excellent system as children are coached suitable to their age and ability .

Incorporated in their session they are taught flexibility, strength, self defence, discipline and a respect for each other throughout all our classes.
